Here's a delicious recipe using mahlep powder, a mahlep breakfast pastry. The ingredients are as follows:

1.5 cups of all-purpose flour

1/2 cup of whole wheat flour

1/2 cup of milk

1/2 cup of vegetable oil

1 egg

1 tablespoon of mahlep powder

1 teaspoon of salt

1 sachet of instant yeast

1/3 cup of white cheese (feta or similar)

1/4 cup of fresh parsley, chopped

Mix the wet ingredients together in a bowl. Then, add the dry ingredients and mix until you have a dough. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and let it rest for at least 1 hour. Roll out the dough and sprinkle crumbled white cheese and chopped parsley over it. Roll up the dough, placing the seam side down. Place the dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 30-35 minutes. Enjoy!
