Recipe for Ginger Carrot Soup:


Ingredients:


2 carrots

1 onion

2 cloves of garlic

1 tablespoon ginger powder

3 cups vegetable broth

1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Salt and pepper


Instructions:


1. Peel and dice the carrots.

2. Finely chop the onion and garlic.

3. In a pot, heat the extra virgin olive oil and sauté the onions until they turn translucent.

4. Add the garlic and sauté for a few more minutes.

5. Add the carrots and sauté for 5 minutes.

6. Stir in the ginger powder.

7. Add the vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
